“The hotel layout is kind of like a maze, strange. It looks a little worn, could be maintained better. Our room had an unpleasant musty smell. Breakfast was ok, too greasy for our taste. We liked the location, the pool and the exercise room. The staff was friendly.”

“Was checking in and didn’t receive the code for the parking garage, the parking garage code was different than the check in code. After event got back to stadium suite and the code worked to enter the building, once arrived at room the code was not working. Called support and was hung up on multiple times during late hours, was told they were going to call their maintenance person (at 12 am) after a concert. And all belongings were locked inside the room so didn’t have keys, or any other...

“I had to go down to the front desk and asked for an extra towel. The front desk person was obviously annoyed then informed me after I stood there for 5 minutes that they were all out of towels. A hotel was out of towels. No.”

“Just a suggestion. A hot tub in this hotel would make this place absolutely 100000x better. Other than that, our stay was great. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable to sleep on, and it was close to everything for the Morgan Wallen concert. Thank you for a great experience!”
