No robes in room. No plastic laundry bags in room. Had to move rooms at 8pm one night bc smoke detector faulty (not staff’s fault) but still a huge pain as we had numerous luggage’s while moving daughter out of dorm. “A poorer representation of Hyatt properties. Furniture in disrepair or non-functional in my room. Only one elevator working. A tiny bottle of wine at the bar cost me $30! When staff were apprised of issues, they scoffed and said I should have just asked them to change my room (which I booked specifically for the type and size I needed). No real attempt to address my concerns.”
